These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the LogisticsK platform.

Users must provide accurate account information, comply with applicable freight and trade laws, and use the platform only for lawful logistics activities.

All fees, payment terms and settlement flows are governed by the agreed SaaS terms between the customer and LogisticsK.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for breach of these terms, abusive behavior or security risks.
